Join University of Iowa 125-pound standout Dean Peterson and Kaukauna's Liam Crook for a full day of high-level instruction, technique, and competition training.

🏆 Learn the techniques that have helped Dean compete for one of the nation's premier college wrestling programs.

🏆 Train alongside Liam Crook, a 3-time Individual State Champion and 4-time Team State Champion, who knows what it takes to win at the high school level.

What a great time at the Girls-Only Get Together today at Smart Cow in Menomonee Falls! We celebrated our growing success in girls wrestling and happily spent the Brown Deer prize money. Thanks to Coach Doris for organizing this fun hang out and to everyone who came. You all deserve the celebration!

Thanks to everyone who participated with Ringers in the Menomonee Falls Memorial Day Parade & BBQ yesterday!

We’re proud to be part of such a great community and appreciate all the wrestlers and families who came out to represent Ringers in the parade.

Special thanks go to the Klipp family for driving in the parade and the Opahle family for all the help with the BBQ at the gym.
