20ish years of friendship is crazy 🤯

We don’t get to kick it as much anymore because, life and 💩, but when we do it’s like nothings changed!

From doing calf raises, push ups, and abs together in elementary school, to doing back and biceps together in our 20s.

Thankful for good friends, family, and throwbacks 😂

The good ones will stick around

It’s officially the 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF ALPHAFIT + STRENGTH!!💪🏾😌

WOW! Today marks the day I coached my first clients through my own business. 🤯

I’ve been blessed to coach some of the most amazing individuals throughout this year.
I want to say thank you to everyone for the support you’ve shown and the love you’ve given me. Thank you for trusting me to take you and your fitness goals to the next level. ❤️

If I’ve been able to teach you anything… I hope that you’ve learned that training is a gateway to a stronger mindset and an overall happier and healthier lifestyle. You all fuel me and constantly remind me why I started in the first place!

8 weeks later:

Strength training 2x/week
Added over 40lbs to her squat and hip thrust

This client is a busy business owner who was always “active” on a daily basis. It wasn’t until she introduced strength training that she started seeing results.

She signed up for the 8-week B***y Builder and we focused on progressing her strength and making sure she showed up. Although, she’s busy, she made time to prioritize her health and fitness and it paid off.

What she did well:
Showed up consistently
Added strength training to her routine
Trained hard for 8 weeks
Cut a few things out of her diet

As a woman, it can be difficult and intimidating to start strength training. However, once you start, you’ll never look back.

If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or stressed with your progress.
RESET, right now.

Set backs are normal. They’re a part of life. The good news is they can be temporary, if you take action.

✖️You ate crappy for a few days…
✖️You got sick/injured…
✖️Your schedule is all over the place…
✖️You missed your cardio…
✖️You’re overloaded with work/clients…

That’s okay, life happens. What’s not okay is when you give in to all of these inconveniences.

“Oh, I’ll just start fresh next year.”
Why?!
Don’t wait until January 1st to get rolling. Start now, start where you’re at, and start with what you have. Make it happen!

Huge shout out to everyone that presented and helped make the AMAZING! Thanks to and for creating a platform for so many to enjoy.

This past weekend I was able to travel to Columbus, Ohio to learn from some of the best coaches, doctors, lawyers, and business minds in the fitness industry.

Not only did I get to learn from them but I was able to talk to some of my idols on a personal level. I also was able to have my form critiqued by the legend himself

The experience was beyond what I imagined and I can’t wait to put what I learned into practice!

Lastly, a quote that shared with me that will stay with my forever is…

“The measure of a man is how he reacts on a bad day.”

A C C O U N T A B I L I T Y ✔️

Karina is absolutely killing it!

She’s lost almost 20lbs in the course of a few months and she’s feeling the best she has in a while.

Since she moved to Illinois, I unfortunately don’t get to coach her 1 on 1 anymore. Moving can sometimes be a downfall for clients, however, we stayed in contact and she’s taken charge of her life and her goals!

From changing a few bad habits, to creating better ones, Karina has learned to not let a slip up knock her off of her course!

Staying accountable was another thing we worked on and I continued to check in on her and her goals. As we discussed some of her goals, we made some tweaks to her nutrition, tried new movements and with a new found love for cycling (and jumping in lakes) her conditioning is much better.

Keep up the good work Karina 💪🏾🌊

If you focus on just being 1% better each day, in a year you’ll be 365% better at minimum.

Getting your sh*t together all at once is hard.
Start by just cleaning your room.

Completely dropping a bad habit is hard.
Start by not doing it for 1 day.

Getting a 6-pack is hard.
Start by going to the gym 1 day.

The funny thing is, if you focus on being 1% better each day, you’ll be so locked in on the process, that you’ll crush your goals without realizing it!

Give it a shot… try being/doing 1% better each day!
