A new Course Record was achieved today (Saturday, August 29, 2026) at Whispering Oaks Golf Course.

Congratulations to Derek Brown for shooting a new Course Record of 62!

Derek shot a 32 on the Front 9 and 30 on the Back 9.

This was witnessed by Cody Mottesheard, Jon Freeman, and Jeff Yahn.

⛳Whispering Oaks is currently offering the last four (4) months of 2026 (September, October, November, & December) FREE with paid yearly membership for 2027.

This offer only applies to New Members and the Membership must be paid at the yearly price. Monthly ACH payments are not included in this offer.

🎯Yearly Membership Fees are shown below:

Family Membership - $2,280 (includes spouse and dependent children 21 years and younger)

Individual Membership - $2,100

Senior Membership - $1,800 (65 to 79 years old)

Super Senior Membership - $1,062 (80 years and older)

Commuter Membership - $1,980 - (must reside at least 25 miles from Clubhouse)

Junior Membership - $1,680 - (must be 36 years old or younger)

Student Membership - $600 - (must be under 21 years old)

🏊‍♀️The Whispering Oaks Golf Course Pool will close on Monday, September 21, 2026.

😩The last day for swimming will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Thank you to everyone that contributed to keeping our pool area clean and enjoyable.

Special thanks to Rob and Amy Wolf for taking the time to clean and care for our pool. They do an excellent job of maintaining our swimming pool and it is greatly appreciated.

Only Members with Carts will be allowed on the course from 7:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The course is getting an electrical box buried near the Clubhouse and will be without power.
