Exciting news about the dreaded beginning of the year/season paperwork! HS and JH will be utilizing a program called FinalForms, which will completely eliminate the transfer of physicals, drug testing consent, and citizenship forms between families and the school.
✅ Every family will have to create a parent account, then add their kids. Once that is completed, you won’t have to create another one. 💪
Please read through the attached documents and setup your account so your athletes are ready to go.
If you are taking advantage of the free physicals in June, someone will be there helping you get those physicals scanned into FinalForms so it will be done and ready. 🏆
If you do not need a new physical for next year, those physicals will be coming back to you to scan into the system in the near future. It will be the responsibility of the parent and athlete to get their physical scanned in. The system is live and ready for you when you want to get signed up.
✏️ Please note it will take about 20 minutes to complete the entire process. It is new to all of us so if you have questions, we will do our best to get those answered. My recommendation would be to get signed up and one of us will let you know when you should expect to see physicals coming home so they don’t get lost.
