Weigh in starts today

Join us for the New Year’s challenge there is two separate ones one for weight loss and the other one is for muscle gain. Both will go off a percentage. Will be required to weigh in every other week. This is to help keep you focused on your goals. Grab a partner for accountability. Entry fees will be the prize for the winners top three in both challenges.
