To every buyer who raised a hand, supported an exhibitor, or gave back through add-on contributions, thank you.

Because of you, our exhibitors were rewarded for months of early mornings, late nights, hard work, responsibility, and dedication. Your support helps teach lessons that extend far beyond the show ring.

This event wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our buyers, sponsors, volunteers, families, and community. Every bid, sponsorship, and hour volunteered helped invest in the future of Webster County youth.

Thank you for believing in these young exhibitors and rewarding the hard work they’ve put into their projects all year long.

We would like to thank Justin Erb and family for providing the scale for this event for the third year now. It takes a lot of moving pieces for something like this to happen and we are very grateful for people within the community like Justin and his family who are always willing to help!

🚨 EXHIBITOR REMINDER 🚨

The Webster County Market Animal Show & Sale is almost here!

Please review the following checklist before arriving on Saturday, June 27.

✅ Animals must be in place by 8:30 AM

✅ Bring your animal(s) clean, groomed, and show-ready

✅ Bring all necessary show equipment
• Halters
• Show sticks
• Feed and water buckets
• Bedding (if applicable)
• Grooming supplies

✅ Make sure your animal has access to water throughout the day

✅ Dress appropriately for the show ring

✅ Be prepared for weigh-in

✅ Bring the names of at least two buyers you personally invited to attend the sale

✅ Thank the buyers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who make this event possible

⏰ Schedule:
🏆 Livestock Show Begins – 9:00 AM

🍽️ Buyers Lunch – 11:00 AM

💰 Livestock Sale Begins – 12:00 PM
