The YMCA's front entrance (from Riverfront Drive) will be closed today from 3:00pm-6:00pm as new asphalt is being poured! The back entrance to the YMCA (from Fifth street and Winona street) will remain open during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause!

MEET KIRSTEN!
Kirsten began her group fitness career in 2017 right here at Mankato YMCA. She is certified in Restorative and Deep Stretch yogas, Reformer Pilates, and several LesMills formats.
This fall she returning to her first format, Les Mills BODYBALANCE (formerly known as BODYFLOW).
THURS @ 7:45AM
She will be leading a gentle, upbeat yoga flow that is paired with great music, designed to help improve flexibilty. All levels welcome!
