This class is more than just a workout.
It’s the moment everything comes together.

Where limits are pushed.
Where strength is proven.
Where you realize just how far you’ve come.

And this year… it was led by two absolute heroes. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Dressed as Captain America & Wonder Woman, they didn’t just show up—they set the tone.
They brought the energy.
They brought the belief.
And they reminded every single person on that mat…

💥 You are stronger than you think.
💥 You are capable of more.
💥 You are your own hero.

Whether you were part of the 10-Week Challenge or just showed up and gave it your all—this class was for YOU.

Michelle Biedscheid

21 pounds down.
Over 20 pounds of body fat gone.
And a completely different level of confidence walking into that final day.

This is what happens when you choose PERSEVERANCE.

Michelle came in with one goal:
