We will pick a day and a time that's convenient for you and meet with one of our coaches. A strategy session will help you discover where your fitness level is NOW. We will learn about your health history, any past injuries, your previous training experiences, your specific goals and most importantly, your WHY!

Today we’re highlighting one of our long-time members who shows up, puts in the work, and keeps moving forward - week after week, year after year. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just a commitment to becoming stronger, healthier, and better every day.

The truth is, lasting fitness isn’t built in a single workout. NOT EVEN CLOSE. It’s built through hundreds of ordinary days when you choose to show up, even when life gets busy. It needs to be consistent, it does not need to be push to failure.

We’re grateful to have members like Gary who set the standard for what dedication looks like and inspire everyone around them.

If you’ve been wondering what Ignition Fitness is all about, we’ll sum it up for you in 3 words:

As we age (ahem - women over 40) it’s essential to build muscle, grip strength, and take care of our bones. That is our purpose at Ignition.

We have a 4th of July annual tradition involving a pull up contest where even great-grandma reps one out. It’s inspiring! 😎

That’s what fitness is really about. It doesn’t have to be pull ups, but it’s not about six-week transformations or quick fixes - just building strength that lasts a lifetime. The ability to move well, stay active, play with your kids or grandkids and continue showing up year after year.

Longevity = healthy habits = a body that keeps saying “yes” to life.
