Mankato Area BMX

Mankato Area BMX BMX racing is an exciting Olympic sport where athletes race bicycles on a course a quarter mile in length with several obstacles and turns.

Mankato Area BMX offers:
- BMX skills development.
- A sport for all ages!
-A fun family environment

Our track operates thanks to the hard work of our volunteers & families along with the support of our local sponsors. Mankato Area BMX is a volunteer operated 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing a fun competitive sport that the entire family can participate in. Our athletes range in age from less than 3 to over 60 years old. Everyone competes at their own age and proficiency level. Our track operates thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and families along with the support of our local sponsors. ❤️🏁 RACE FOR LIFE IS HERE! 🏁❤️

Wednesday night isn't just about racing for the win—it's about racing for a reason.

This week, Mankato Area BMX hosts it's Race for Life, supporting the fight against blood cancers.

The tradition began in 1981, when 12-year-old BMX racer Todd Kingsbury was diagnosed with leukemia. His BMX family came together to support his fight—and that spirit continues today.
