Some posts are harder to write than others, and this is one of them.
After a lot of prayer, conversations, and honestly, a lot of tears, Iโve decided to step away from teaching regular classes at Orange Sky Yoga.
Starting in September, Iโll be teaching only as a sub and hosting the occasional pop-up.
This wasnโt a decision made because I stopped loving coachingโquite the opposite.
If youโve taken one of my classes, you know this has never been just about squats, barre, or burpees. Itโs always been about helping people believe theyโre capable of more than they thought. Watching someone gain confidence, find strength, heal their relationship with movement, or simply walk out feeling a little lighter, thatโs the part of coaching Iโll never stop loving.
The truth is, this season has looked different than I expected. Between injuries, setbacks, and life changing in ways I didnโt see coming, I realized something had to give. And for the first time in a long time, I chose to listen instead of pushing through.
That choice led me to an incredible opportunity at Concierge Med Lounge. While it looks different than teaching a room full of people, itโs still rooted in the same mission that has always driven me: helping people pursue healthier, fuller lives.
So noโฆ this isnโt goodbye to coaching.
Iโll still be here.
Iโll still be working with my remote clients.
Iโll still be subbing classes.
Iโll still be planning pop-ups.
Iโll still be cheering you on every chance I get.
Maybe thatโs the lesson this season has been trying to teach me.
Sometimes growth doesnโt look like holding on tighter.
Sometimes it looks like having the courage to make room for something new.
To every person whoโs trusted me to coach them, encouraged me, laughed with me, and shared a little piece of your journey with me, thank you. You have impacted my life far more than you probably realize.
This chapter is closing, but the story isnโt over.
Helping women get stronger inside & out. That part was never tied to a building. ๐
