My purpose and passion are clear: to empower women to take charge of their health - mind, body, and spirit. It's a journey only you can take, and that's incredibly empowering. I understand where you are because I've been there, I am there - a work in progress. I'm a proud 42-year-old mom of three, navigating life's chaos just like you. I used to think hours at the gym were the only path to fitness. But it left me overwhelmed and guilty. So I created VFit over 8 years ago to offer a solution tailored to full lives like ours. I'm too busy. I don't have time. I'm not ready.

Those are the three biggest excuses we hear when people say they don't have a current exercise program set for themselves.

Here's what we are *really* hearing ...

I'm not ready to make myself a priority so I'm putting my self care at the bottom of the list.

There's a lot of reasons why it gets to that point. Today we hope this post reaches just one person and has them sit with this thought for a moment.

Are you really not worth making yourself a priority?
