This storm is intense. We will be closing early this evening (Monday 1/9/23) at 5.30pm. And we will be staying closed tomorrow (Tuesday 1/10/23), to keep our staff and patrons safe.

Have a good time shoveling, then come stretch it out on Wednesday (1/11/23). We should be back open normal hours by then. Stay safe everyone!

Our rates and pass structure will be changing on 1st July 2022. See the picture for details. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch by calling or stopping by. If you are signed up for an monthly auto-pay membership you will automatically be charged at the new rate starting in July. Should you not be able to agree to the new rate you have the option of canceling your membership before any auto payments draft in July. (Notice has also been sent via email to those who have an address on file with us and notices have been posted at the gym for a few weeks.) The price change is due to rising costs for the space that we occupy, we thank you ever so much for your understanding.
