Today we’re celebrating Claire Riley and the incredible progress she’s made through consistency, hard work, and showing up for herself day after day. 💙

At Burn, transformation isn’t just about what you see on the outside—it’s about building strength, confidence, healthy habits, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought possible.

Claire has stayed committed to her goals, leaned into the process, and trusted the journey. Her dedication inside camp, participation in Focus Meetings, and willingness to keep showing up have led to amazing results. 👏🔥

When I started Burn in August 2023, I was walking through a really difficult season of life. A friend encouraged me to find a hobby to help me mentally, and Burn was the first thing that came to mind. I’d been watching the Facebook stories for a while—I just had to walk through the doors.

Almost three years later, I’ve lost pounds, inches, and body fat, but what I’ve gained means so much more.

I’ve gained capabilities and confidence. I can do things today that I never thought possible. One of my favorite examples is jump rope—I actually avoided Burn at first because I couldn’t do it! Then a friend stayed after camp to teach and encourage me, and that simple act of kindness has always stuck with me.

I’ve gained incredible friendships with people from all walks of life who celebrate wins, offer encouragement, and have become some of my closest friends. I’ve gained confidence every time I’ve learned a new skill, lifted heavier, or pushed past what I thought I could do. Burn has taught me that I’m stronger than I think—both physically and mentally.

I’ve also gained trainers who have become trusted people in my corner. Their support, encouragement, and belief in me have made such a difference.

More than anything, Burn has been so much more than a gym. It’s a place where I can walk in, leave the outside world at the door, and be reminded of what I’m capable of. The love, encouragement, and community I’ve found here have been an answered prayer and an incredible blessing.

We’re so proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Claire! Thank you for inspiring our community and showing what can happen when hard work meets consistency. 💪✨

NEW TRAINING CYCLE STARTS TODAY 🔥

Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll focus on two key movements:

💪 1-Arm Rows
Reps will decrease each week (15, 12, 10, 8), giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself with heavier weights while maintaining great form.

Rotational Med Ball Slams
Track your progress by increasing your weight, increasing your reps, or a combination of both as the weeks go on.

⏱️ Performance Challenge: Swing. Jump. Drop.
Complete descending rounds of single dumbbell swings and jump lunges and see how low you can get the reps in 4 minutes. The goal is simple: improve your score from Week 1 to Week 4.

Every training cycle is an opportunity to get stronger, move better, and celebrate progress along the way.
