+Due to the nature of our creations, your custom order will not be made until your payment has cleared. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted once your payment has been processed. Under normal circumstances, your item will be created the day your payment
clears.
+ Payments must be arranged by the purchaser within 48 hours of purchase. If no payment is received, your purchase will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
+ All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
+ Prices and shipping rages are subject to change without prior notice. SHIPPING:
+ Please keep in mind that all items are hand made to order. We ship as soon as your custom item is completed. Under normal circumstances, orders will ship within 3 business days of payment receipt, unless a bulk order is requested. In this case, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
+ Time requirements to complete a custom item vary depending on the quantity ordered, the design of the item(s) ordered and supply stock.
+ If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
+ We will contact you if a color you chose is unavailable or is being ordered. In this case, your item will ship as soon as our materials becomes available. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
+ All lanyard products are made to order and cannot be resized once the materials have been cut. Please follow the provided directions for accurate measurements to prevent errors. I am not responsible if I am provided with an inaccurate measurement.
+ All products are custom made. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
+ If you received a DAMAGED item, please do not hesitate to contact me via email so we can arrange to exchange the item. I carefully inspect each item for damage and defects before shipping and will not ship any item that I see is damaged or defective.
+ All return/exchange shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
+ We are happy to issue an exchange for an item for a different color or style if we messed up your order - OR - if the item arrived to you damaged, but cannot offer a refund.
+ Problems must be reported within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days, no claims will be accepted.
+ Please keep your receipts and tracking numbers when shipping items to us in case you need to contact the shipper in the event of damage or loss en route. We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit to us. Additional Policies and FAQs:

+ We offer discounted pricing on orders of 10 (or more) IDENTICAL (but not necessarily the same color) items. Please note that large orders will take longer to create.
