🎾☀️ WHAT A WEEK! ☀️🎾

Week 1 of MTA Summer Camps 2026 is officially in the books, and what an incredible week it was!

We welcomed 27 campers to the courts this week and were blown away by their energy, enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and willingness to learn.

Our campers practiced and improved all of their tennis strokes, made new friends, built confidence, and had a blast both on and off the court.

The week was filled with:
🎾 Tennis Drills & Games
🏆 End-of-Week Tournament
⚽ Soccer
⚾ Baseball
🔥 Dodgeball
🏴‍☠️ Treasure Hunt (always a camper favorite!)
🎁 Goody Bags for Every Camper

Most importantly, we saw tremendous improvement from every single player throughout the week. Watching campers learn new skills, challenge themselves, and grow in confidence is why we love what we do.

A huge thank you to all of our camp families for sharing your children with us this week. We had an absolute blast coaching, laughing, learning, and creating memories together on the courts.

Join Madison Tennis Academy for our first-ever Rally for AOA1 Doubles Tournament Fundraiser and help us bring hope to children and families affected by AOA1.

AOA1 is a rare, degenerative neurological disease with no cure. The first signs typically appear between ages 3 and 8. As it progresses, children gradually lose the ability to walk, speak clearly, and perform everyday activities independently. By around age 10, most are wheelchair dependent and require extensive assistance.

❤️ 100% of donations and event proceeds will go directly to the AOA1 Association for:

JTT season is here!

We are proud to see Kara representing Madison Tennis Academy in her MTA JTT State Championship shirt as she gets ready for an exciting summer of team tennis.

MTA has an incredible 30 players in 7 teams competing this year:
🎾 4 teams in 10U
🎾 1 team in 12U
🎾 1 team in 14U
🎾 1 team in 18U

Come cheer on our players every Sunday at the Huntsville Tennis Center from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for the next 4 weeks as they compete for a spot at the USTA JTT State Championships!

Good luck to all of our players. We are proud of you and can’t wait to watch you compete, learn, and grow as teammates.

🎾 Spring Season 2026 officially came to an end yesterday at Madison Tennis Academy… and what an incredible season it has been!

From our Mini Acers taking their very first swings on the court, to our Rally Cats building confidence and coordination, our Tie Breakers and Hot Shots improving consistency and match skills, our Performance Team competing at a higher level than ever, and our Adults continuing to challenge themselves and grow their game — this season was full of progress, energy, friendships, matches, tournaments, challenges, laughs, and unforgettable memories.

Our biggest highlight as coaches this season has truly been seeing the amount of improvement from our players across ALL levels. The progress shown week after week has been amazing to watch, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work, determination, and attitude our athletes brought to the courts this spring. Keep going!!! 🎾💙

🎾 🎉 Huge congratulations to our very own Elizabeth Peak on winning the 10U USTA Junior Circuit Tournament at Hampton Cove this weekend! 🏆

Elizabeth just turned 10 last month and is already showing incredible talent, athleticism, and maturity for the game. Just 2 weeks ago, she also won our MTA Performance Girls Tournament (10–16 years old)!

What makes this even more special is that Elizabeth started her tennis journey with us 4 years ago in our Mini Acers class. Watching her grow from a young beginner into a tournament champion has been amazing, and we could not be more proud of how far she has come. 💙🎾

Keep working hard, Elizabeth, the future is bright! ⭐

Our last Match Day category of the season was our adults, and they definitely brought the competition 👏
Great matches, great atmosphere, and a really fun evening on the courts!

🎾 Boys Match Day Recap 🎾

What a great day on the courts!

The level of play across all categories was very high, and we could not be prouder of our players. Their hard work throughout the season is clearly paying off, and it was amazing to see them apply what they’ve been learning in real match situations.

Tennis development is a journey—players grow through stages, sometimes plateauing until everything clicks and they reach the next level. We are truly starting to see those moments happen, and it’s incredibly exciting for our Academy.

We are very proud of our players—not only for their level, but for their attitude, effort, and sportsmanship on the court 💙

Celebrating a huge milestone at Madison Tennis Academy 🎉🎾

In just 5 years, we have welcomed OVER 2,000 players onto the tennis courts.
2,000 players who picked up a racquet for the very first time, came back to the sport they love, or found a community and a place to belong through tennis.

We are incredibly proud and grateful to do what we do every single day, sharing our passion for what we truly believe is the best sport on the planet. 💙

Thank you to every player, parent, coach, and family who has been part of this journey.
