Meet one of our long time, loyal members, Allen!

My name is Allen Ray, I’ve been a member of Odyssey for about 8 years.  I’ve been working out off and on for about 45 years.  Didn’t take it seriously to begin with, but then I chose a career path where strength and fitness is a benefit. Eventually, working out would become an outlet; both mentally and physically.  The mental strength aspect the workout provides is just as important to me as the physical.  Now that I am more or less in the “maintenance” phase of my journey, I plan to continue to work out well into my “golden” years.

Thank you for being such a great member and part of the Allen! You are a huge inspiration and we are happy to have you here 💪🏻✨

👉 How to use it in your routine:

Warm-up: Easy pace to get your heart rate up and body ready
Intervals: Short bursts (30–60 sec) to build speed and conditioning
Finisher: High-intensity rounds to end your workout strong

Namaste!! I’m Stephanie, and I absolutely love all things movement. I love to take my knowledge of human movement and anatomy and physiology and help you achieve your best, most flexible and pain free life possible! I’ve taught for over a year and been certified through Yoga Alliance for over two years. My personal yoga practice has now exceeded 8 years and still going. Welcome back to ⭐️Member Spotlight⭐️ !!

Meet Jenna, one of our newer members!

Hey! I’m Jenna and joined Odyssey Athletics in September of 2025. Having moved from another state over 900 miles away, I can’t express how appreciative I am for this gym, its members, and the staff. I’ve always been an active person and the gym is an integral part of my lifestyle. Whether its a leg day (my favorite), a push or pull, the equipment is consistently clean and organized. Having a variety of weights and machines is what you want to see and Odyssey delivers. I love the community I’ve developed and the atmosphere has been welcoming since day one. To me, Odyssey feels like a second family and home away from home.

We love to hear from people like you, and are so grateful for you joining our Jenna!
