🥊 New Weekly Class Alert - Cardio Kickboxing with Coach Erica!
Our strength days have classes at 8:30 AM and 9, but cardio days only have the 8:30 AM class. So we decided to add the 9 AM cardio slot on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I’m super excited to announce a brand new class at Xplosive Fit, starting this week!
Cardio Kickboxing 📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays ⏰ 9:05 AM
This is a 30-minute cardio class that blends heavy bag work, striking, and movement across the mat. Expect continuous movement, simple technique, and a solid, controlled sweat.
Meet your coach: Some of you already met Coach Erica; for those that haven’t, she brings over 20 years of experience in martial arts, fitness, and dance. She’s a 3rd-degree black belt and stuntwoman whose coaching style is clear, grounded, and welcoming.
The class is in the app; current members do not need to register or buy credits.
Bring your boxing gloves.
