What will continue to excite and shape you as you age?

Taking a moment to realize how powerful habits can be on delivering goals… at 66, I can still work part time under a new owner at a business we spent every free moment creating… I can bring my dog, I have time both for a morning workout and to build on new passions related to health and fitness.
I never focused on life at mid 60’s but I did spend energy on committing to long term goals for work and for health. Sometimes I am amazed that most all of it actually worked out..

Skiing in Greenland seems ages ago - I am now focused on new things to do and how to just be better. The question I try to answer with new or adjusted habits is: what do I want to do (what is my next level) for this stage of life?
What is one bold goal or moves I must begin to get there? For me, these thoughts make life exciting, wherever I may be, even if just at work.

Hard to believe sleeping in Greenland at -19 below zero was less than five weeks ago. Tough but… oh so cool.

I strive to continue to take on big challenges that give me purpose. One of them is sharing the value of vision, belief and goal setting. This type of thinking and planning works for me.

Vision entails how you desire to live in the next five years; you embody a belief that you have the capabilities to do it; and lastly, you harness your drive/motivation to set goals and take forward steps to get there.

Always transitions. For me i will mention over the week a few - maybe 4 + goals I want to focus on as I move towards 67 and life keeps shifting. Besides faith, which I am working on and do not want to discuss over FB, a simpler ( but important to me! ) focus is on keeping strength and power as I discontinue triathlons and run races. So I am making myself do strength 1x week and I just joined Hyrox at Sisu in excelsior.
I need some organized planning to keep me in mental and physical health. I mention this to encourage others and to keep me committed. ( and hike/jogging with one of my dogs is always fun )
