que, and our barre classes are a unique blend of yoga, pilates and interval strength training that utilize a ballet barre to strengthen, sculpt and stretch the entire body by isolating individual muscle groups and working them to exhaustion, followed by a focused stretch segment to create long, lean muscles. We also feature cardio, sculpt and strength + cardio combination classes, and no matter which class you choose, you’re guaranteed it will be high-energy, music driven, adaptable to your individual fitness level and will have a focus on form and individual adjustments from your instructor to make sure you’re making the most of your time & effort, & having fun in the process!
