The Root Studio 7 🌳 is more than a Hot Yoga/Pilates Studio — it’s a place to learn, grow, and come home to yourself.
Here, you don’t just take a class… you can take classes anywhere, but at the Root you experience a journey. From slow flows to energizing Vinyasa, from deeply restorative repair‑focused practices, Mat Pilates and Power Pilates formats, every offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We are a boutique wellness studio, created with intention, heart, and purpose.
We’re expanding our offerings. We are evolving, and preparing to bring even more to our community — including wellness spa events and immersive experiences.

🌿 Community, Healing & Gratitude

To my team, the volunteers 💚 friends, to the local business supporters, and to the entire community — we couldn’t do any of this without you. I am so extremely thankful for each and every one of you. Your support, your energy, and your willingness to show up is what makes our community stronger, more connected, and more beautiful.

What this opportunity has given me means more than anything. Hosting this community event has been a way to bring people together, to remind us that we are all the same yet beautifully different, no matter our journey or season of life.
My intention is always to make people feel seen, heard, and comfortable, and welcome, I come from a place with no judgment. I come from authenticity. I come from experiences of being hurt, of healing, and of learning how to hold space for others in a safe, grounded way.
Creating that space — where people feel held — means everything to me.
I am beyond thankful for the turnout we had on Saturday. It showed me that community is growing, and together, we will continue to grow stronger than ever.
