F3 FishHawk F3 Fishhawk is a local chapter of the F3 national network, open to all men 16+ and of all fitness levels. Workouts are free and peer-led.

Join us tomorrow as we celebrate 4 years of F3 Fishhawk. Our workout will be a test of strength, speed and agility. We will look to crown our best athletes! After the workout, stay for breakfast, coffee, and fellowship in the parking lot. Hope to see you all at Fishhawk Sports Complex tomorrow at 6 AM.
