Like to send best wishes to the family of Wally Taylor.
Wally own the original Outlaw Raceway Park near Hudson SD. A lot of my ideas came from Wally the time spent racing there. He was a fantastic man especially when it came to 1/4 racing. He took junk cars and made them fast especially the sprint car. His driving talent exceeded our talent as well. Wally’s goal when he built his track was to make drivers and spectators feel like they were at a large scale track. He was also a no nonsense man. Very strict. His shows had spectators so deep in the stand that they did the wave. He hand counted each race with a max of 8 cars and he did it without any scoring. Going to miss his phone calls and talking 1:4 racing. God speed Wally.
As soon as I get out of the hospital I’ll post some pictures of him and the track.
