✨ A Blessing I’ll Never Forget ✨

My heart is so full. 🤍

A very special thank you to Mia for putting together such a beautiful and meaningful Baby Blessing for me, and to everyone from the Divinity community who showed up, surrounded me with love, and celebrated this incredibly special chapter of my life. I felt so held, supported, and loved by each of you.

There is something so full circle about this moment.

Years ago, I poured my heart and soul into birthing Divinity Studio creating a space that I hoped would become a home for healing, connection, growth, and community. I watched it grow from a vision in my heart into something alive, filled with the energy and love of so many beautiful souls.

And now, after years of nurturing this space and this community, I am stepping into an entirely new kind of creation… birthing my own baby. 🕊️

Divinity has taught me so much about surrender, trust, patience, love, and allowing things to unfold in their own divine timing. In so many ways, those same lessons have carried me through the journey into motherhood.

To look around at my Baby Blessing and see so many of the people who have been part of the studio’s journey there to bless and celebrate this next chapter with me was incredibly emotional.

From birthing a sacred space… to birthing a little soul of my own. 🤍

Thank you, Mia, for making this day so beautiful, and thank you to my Divinity family for surrounding baby Isaiah and me with so much love.

This community will forever be part of our story. ✨

Start your week with intention and come back to yourself without the noise of the outside world.

Magic Mantra Mondays is a Kundalini Yoga class centered around the ancient practice of mantra. Each month, we’ll explore a new theme and mantra, staying with that mantra throughout the month. Through repetition, mantra can begin to work beyond the thinking mind, creating an opportunity to experience its benefits on a deeper level mind, body, and soul.

Each class weaves together Kundalini kriya, breathwork, mantra meditation, sound, and deep relaxation, all focused around the mantra and intention of the month to help deepen and support its purpose.

Come to one class or join us throughout the month. Each class stands on its own, and you’re welcome to join at any time.

Come as you are, move some energy, connect with community, and start your week feeling lighter, grounded, and intentional.

Starting September 21st, join us from 7:00–8:15 PM. Sign up online or through our app.

We’re so excited to welcome Stephanie to the Divinity family! 🤍

Stephanie is an Advanced Akashic Records Practitioner and Teacher, Kundalini Yoga teacher, spiritual guide, and retreat leader with over seven years of experience helping people reconnect with their inner compass and find clarity through life’s transitions.

Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and heart-centered. She believes spiritual practices aren’t meant to be separate from everyday life—they can become powerful tools that help us navigate what we’re moving through, trust our own inner guidance, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Stephanie is known for creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and supportive, with room for deep transformation, meaningful connection, laughter, and a little magic along the way. ✨
