I LOVE my fit fam, those regulars I see week after week, the ones I know their favorite songs, their love lives, and what classes are dragging them down. They keep me sane. But do you know what I love even more? Having an environment that is welcoming and inviting enough to let anyone feel a part of the family when they walk in. I love having a space where people can feel safe to take risks and try something new without judgment.

Being an instructor that is beginner-friendly is an HONOR not an insult. My doors are always open, waiting for you to walk through them ♡

I am a workout girly, but I have never really been a Pilates girly. But a trip to greensville was exactly what I needed to break me out of my comfort zone. Having an inclusive class welcoming to beginners was exactly what I needed to unlearn some of my Pilates fears. So thankful to the folks at bodybar Pilates in greensville. Great town, great people, great workout.
