Former UK Track & Field team member Will Walker ( ) is making a difference in the world today, and it all started right here along The Kentucky Road. His journey was built on the foundation he gained at the University of Kentucky, both on the track and in the classroom. Competing as a student-athlete taught him discipline, time management, and how to thrive under pressure — skills he carries into his professional life every day. Just as important, the coaches, teammates, staff, advisors, and professors at UK instilled in him confidence, competitiveness, and a team-first mentality that continue to guide him in his career.
With a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication, Will gained the tools to understand how messaging, media, and consumer behavior intersect, directly connecting to his work in digital advertising with BanMe Media.
Today, Will helps brands and agencies connect with their audiences through data-driven strategies and is focused on building strong client relationships, developing transparent and customized media plans, and growing BanMe Media as a trusted partner in the digital space. Looking ahead, he hopes to expand their reach while also mentoring and creating opportunities for others in the industry — just as his coaches and mentors once did for him.
