Sharing fun and creative ways exercise through step fitness is a personal joy! I’m always so thankful when the Active Women’s Health Initiative at UK (https://www.uky.edu/chs/awhi) reaches out for a middle school program. These Leestown Middle School young ladies and staff put in work!

Corporate events are some of the most fulfilling gigs for me with Xtreme Hip Hop! The team building, laughter, energy to learn and have fun is unmatched.
✅ Middle school fitness programs
✅ Kids entertainment during an open house
✅ Private class with mom and daughters, and birthdays!
So far I’ve done all of those and this time I was asked to do an event for Marriott employees and they killed it!!! Thanks for thinking of me —one of the best groups thus far!

Xtreme VS Everybody! Almost two years in and I still love it. Been a few weeks off with vacay and these ladies made sure we had class!! Check us next week for .cotton.9 one year step anniversary! Tuesday at 6:30 PM. 😘❌TREME Sweat!
