Out of a loaded field, CKC remains one of only FOUR teams left undefeated in the winner’s bracket at the USSSA Indiana State Tournament. 💪

This team is locked in, on track, and laser focused heading into Championship Sunday. Every inning, every pitch, every moment… these girls continue to rise to the challenge.

⚡️🥎 GAMEDAY! 🥎⚡️

This weekend we are honored to compete in the Gary Philpott Memorial Tournament in Cynthiana KY.

Coach Philpott dedicated his life to helping young athletes become better players and even better people. His challenge to athletes was to be remembered for the way they compete, lead, and carry themselves on and off the field.

That’s our goal this weekend.

Play hard, play together, and represent CKC the right way while supporting a tournament that gives back to a great cause. 💙

Let’s go leave our mark, Chargers. ⚡️

⚡️🥎 GROWTH ISN’T MEASURED IN RINGS.

This weekend pushed our girls outside their comfort zone in all the right ways. Rain delays, tough matchups, unfamiliar competition, and plenty of adversity along the way — but this team never stopped competing.

The Chargers fought their way through the weekend as the last undefeated team standing before falling just short in the semifinal round. While the ending wasn’t the one we were chasing, the lessons gained this weekend are far bigger than anything reflected on a scoreboard.

This group continues to learn what it means to battle through hard moments together. To stay composed when things get tough. To respond when adversity hits. To fall short, regroup, and keep chasing more.

And that’s exactly why we continue to challenge them.

Because growth happens in these moments. Toughness is built in these moments. Confidence is built in these moments.

Every tournament is another step forward for this team, and these girls continue to prove they’re willing to put in the work. Proud of the fight. Proud of the resilience. Proud of the way they continue to show up for each other. 💙💛
