IF YOU GOLF — DO THIS FOR 3 MINUTES EVERY MORNING.
I’m dead serious… this might be the easiest “swing unlock” you’ve ever tried.

No equipment.
No warm-up.
No excuses.
Just 3 minutes that change how your body feels on the course.

🚨 If your backswing feels tight, your follow-through feels forced, and you’re losing distance every year… your rotation is the problem.

🔥 Do this and watch your game around the greens become lethal! The ladder drill is one of my favorite drills for betting chipping and pitching!

Start with one rung and then create more steps in the ladder and move up and down the ladder perfecting your landing zone making your game around the greens automatic! Try 5 balls in a row then move up to 10! Let’s Freaking Go!
