The awesome Brewer Dudes are concocting a special brew for the "Flex Your Brain: Exercise Science Night with TrainMovePlay," so even if you aren't much for trivia, come try the TMP Special Brew! 🍻 🇩🇰

It is coming up August 21 at 7 pm, at the Brewer Dude microbrewery and homebrew supply store at 740 National Ave ste 140 - just across N. Ashland Ave from the gym.

Martin will be presenting Exercise Science trivia - if you've been paying attention in training, you'll nail it! And maybe even learning something new!
