Our group fitness classes include Barre, Pilates, Strength, HIIT, TRX, Piloxing, High LOW and Yoga. We offer personal trainings and Pilates Reformer sessions. Our Wellness services include Massage at SPICE, Reiki and Vibrational Therapy.
