Huge congratulations to all our coaches and members who been completing in Hyrox! YOU’RE CRUSHING IT!! we see you and are super freaking proud of all your hard work!! Keep it coming 💪💥‼️

NEW Hybrid Endurance Class:
Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am

This class is designed for those interested in competing in HYROX-style events, as well as those who simply want a longer, cardio-focused workout.

It blends running, machine work, and functional movements to develop aerobic capacity, durability, and pacing. As with everything in CrossFit, we scale to different abilities and goals. Come join us!

🇺🇸 Saturday 23 May - Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸

What is Murph?
The Murph Challenge is a hero WOD that many CrossFit gyms around the country perform on Memorial Day in honor of fallen Navy SEAL LT. Michael P. Murphy and all others who have given their lives in service of our country

The workout: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run (with 20 lb weight vest or armor)

🫡Active duty/retired military reduced drop in fee of $15 ($5 of each drop in fee will be donated)

Fight × Flight Murph shirts and patches will be available for purchase with all proceeds being donated >>> Murph gear is now available on our website! Order now to get it in time!!

This will be a community event so come to work out, hang out, and socialize; more details to come!

Huge shoutout to our incredible HEAD COACH AMY celebrating her birthday!!

Words can’t fully explain her impact on our efforts. As we navigated through the difficulties of this last year she stepped up in such profound ways. We are beyond grateful for her!!! She holds this team on her impressively strong back and brings a level of care and excellence that up levels and inspires us all.
