Well fellas. Unfortunately I’ve been plagued with injury and sickness for the last three weeks. We will be out with our group run next weekend. Do not let this stop you from crushing PR’s and hitting those new record long runs. Edwin Jijon I saw you hit that half congratd brother!!!

Where we running this weekend?!

Morning run with the group. St. George’s Island was flat and with no wind or cars. Different paces and distances but it’s always a good time meeting up. Great run boys.
