I was born and raised on the niangua river near bennett spring missouri. Ive always been comfortable around the water ever since i was a little boy my first memories of fishing are of my great grandpa Edison catching bass and crappie down at the campground. my passion for bowfishing didnt start untill around 2007 when i was stationed at Ft Benning GA. Jeff a friend i made at camp hovey south korea
showed me the world of bowfishing between the banks of the chattahoochee river. i dont really remember alot from those days but i remember the feeling of watching an arrow sticking into a gar and the thrashing of water it was one of the most amazing things i had seen. But i let the spark fade as the army and my life demanded more of me at the time. a few years after i got out my little brother ignited that passion again when he showed up at tunnel dam one night while i was catfishing and it stuck this time. as the time passed and i began to find people around buffalo who had the fever as i did. i bought my first AMS retriever 2 years ago at academy sprorts in springfield because a friend of mine said he had access to a boat and needed some one to go with him. soon after that night i started looking for a boat of my own and finally found a pretty good deal in lexington missouri. I have slowly built my dream and my passion so that i may share it with others just as jeff showed me that sunny day on that muddy part of the chattahoochee river and one day i hope that in turn those people will share that same passion with others
