Well looks like our luck turned around this weekend!
Johnny Pyburn started the weekend off by salvaging a 3rd place finish on Friday. With an incident in the first corner, he ended up back in 9th at the halfway. He put his head down, and charged back for 3rd. On Saturday, Matt and Johnny both raced with Matt starting back in 14th. He had good pace, and managed a top 3 finish for his weekend. Unfortunately for Johnny, he had another incident in the first corner, and was around 10th at halfway. He drove back up to 7th to finish his weekend. On Sunday, Matt started 7th and was competitive with the top three for the entire race. He finished in 3rd giving him his second podium of the weekend.

Exciting day today at the 50th Bark River International in Michigan. Johnny rolled off P8 went back to 15th after some help in a corner and came back for a P7 finish.

Matt started P15 due to our DNF at Dirt City. Waited out some carnage and came home on the box in P3.

1 more race tomorrow morning for the Super Stock Truck and we will be headed back to the Dairy State.

Great run for the 171 of Johnny Pyburn today. On the BOX for the 50th at Bark River International Off-Road Raceway!! Today was JP only tomorrow Matt and John both race.

What an awesome weekend in Minnesota at ERX. Top notch facility. We both made it though the weekend unscathed and ended up on the podium.

P3 for both Pyburn Enterprises/ Pyburn Logistics racecars.

Johnny Pyburn’s first podium was a well earned 3rd place. Battling with best of the best in Light buggy he’s earning his place with the fast cars. Proud dad moment here -> dude drove the best race of his young career and was FLYING through the whoops and was able to double double it. Awesome job John. Thanks for all the help at the Flying Dutchman shop figuring some things out and Dylan at shock tech for finding some balance.

Super Stock Truck race was an adventure. Started P6 stayed clean through the carnage, ran 2nd for most of the race and tried a hero or zero move on the last lap for the win in the hair pin. Didn’t work. Had some help Ended up bringing it home on the box in 3rd.

Thanks to all our crew for all their help in the sweltering heat this weekend. The Diesel Doctor Brian Back Cody Thompson Tyler Martinson Ayden Schumer Matt Gerald And of course Angie Pyburn for keeping everyone fed and hydrated.
