❤️ We’re Grateful for Our YMCA Board! ❤️

We held our Lebanon Family YMCA Board Meeting on Wednesday, September 17th, and we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible people who give their time, leadership, and support to help our Y serve our community.

Our board members play an important role in guiding the Y, supporting our mission, and helping us continue to make a difference in the lives of our members and community. We truly couldn’t do this without them!

"I love the YMCA because it has been a part of my life for almost 15 years and has given me some of my favorite memories.

The YMCA was where I grew up, where I made friends, tried new things, and had so much fun. As a kid, I looked forward to every summer at day camp and every afternoon after school. It was a place where I could just be a kid.

As a single mom, my mom was able to work knowing I was somewhere safe, happy, and cared for. I may not have understood it as a kid, but I’m so grateful for the way the YMCA supported both of us.

Coming back this summer as a camp counselor has been such a special full-circle moment. I still remember my counselors’ names and the memories they gave me, and now I've gotten the chance to create those same memories for another generation of kids." ‼️‼️❤️❤️

Leading the fun is Lanie, an experienced group exercise instructor with 30+ years of experience—including 16 years right here at our local Y! 🏃‍♀️❤️

This class is more than just exercise—it’s a welcoming group of people who love to move, laugh, stay active, and have a great time together! 🎶🙌

To accommodate the Shepherd Hills/Case Celebration at the Cowan Civic Center, there are some temporary facility and program adjustments for September 10-12.

Thursday, September 10
Court and Group Exercise Area will close at 1PM
No Group Exercise classes will be held after 1PM

Friday, September 11
Court and Wellness Areas unavailable
No Silver Sneakers
Pool open as normal; AquaFit scheduled
Walking Track open from 7AM-3PM

Saturday, September 12
Court and Wellness areas reopen at 9AM

Looking for a fun way to build strength, boost your endurance, and stay motivated? Join Mike Addis, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, for our 6-week Boot Camp designed to help you push your limits and reach your fitness goals!

📅 Session Dates: September 12 – October 17

🕘 When: Saturdays | 9:00–10:00 AM

💲 Cost:
• Members: $25
• Non-Members: $50

👥 Who: Ages 16 & Up

Join us for First Aid & CPR/AED Training at the Lebanon Family YMCA!

📅 Friday, September 18th
⏰ 4:30–7:00 PM
💲 $60 Members | $80 Non-Members

You’ll learn how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, perform CPR, properly use an AED, and handle common first aid situations like cuts, burns, sprains, broken bones, and bleeding. Hands-on, scenario-based training is included! 🩹❤️

📧 This is a blended learning course, so a valid email is required. Online coursework must be completed BEFORE the in-person session.
