We have separate men and women's saunas, free aerobic classes with membership, personal training, all modern cardio equipment, and an aerobic room with gym supplies for you to use at anytime.

I wanted to give a shoutout to God for saving me from the life that I was living before. And not to boost about myself, but everything that God has done in my life. I just wanted to share the fact that I won the Mercy award at work this week. But owning a Christian based gym and all of the volunteer things that I do outside of being a nurse is what makes me who I am today and what won me the award. I am coming up on a year of being part owner of Fit Factory and I am so grateful for all of the people that I have met in the process. So thank you all for playing a part not only in my fitness journey, but for being pieces to my puzzle of life. Glory be to God! And thank you for allowing me to be a part of your fitness journey!

I just had a conversation with one of our gym members and he said that he is grateful that this gym is founded in Christ. That’s the message that we need to spread. “Church” does not stop on Sundays. We should bring God’s word to people each and every day. And I am grateful that I have that opportunity here at the gym.
