Ever notice how a workout hits different when you’ve got your people beside you? That’s not just a vibe — it’s science and sweat working together.

Why gym buddies matter:
∙ Accountability that actually sticks. It’s easy to skip a solo workout. It’s a lot harder to bail when three people are waiting for you.

Due to two of our team members playing high school sports. Our desk will be closed some hours during the week. We will try our best to post schedule on line weekly. This is just till soccer and football season is over. We highly support Marion county sports and do not want to replace them while sports is in season.

With that being said if someone has a high schooler that can get school to work or someone outside of school is wanting some part time work for a few months we would be willing to look at. Just know these two great team members would want some of those hours back after sports. I hope everyone can understand and sorry for the inconvenience.
