Ever wanted to see what authentic boxing is actually like, without any pressure or intimidation? Here’s your next chance!

Whether you’re a college student needing a study break, a working professional wanting to blow off some work-week steam, or a busy parent looking for an awesome way to recharge—this is for you. On Saturday, September 26th at 9:30 AM, we’re hosting a fun, welcoming, and completely FREE Boxing Workout open to the entire Lawrence community.

We’re meeting right out on the basketball courts at Vet's Park for a great 1.5-hour session mixing fun conditioning, genuine boxing mechanics, and solid positive energy.

Never boxed a day in your life? No worries at all!
Show up at 9:00 am and I’ll personally walk you through the basic fundamental stuff—how to find your stance, protect yourself, and throw a straight punch—so you feel 100% comfortable and ready when the music starts and the workout kicks off.

The Details:

- Gear: You do not need gloves to participate! If you have your own pair, feel free to bring them along.

- What to bring: Comfortable clothes to move in, regular sneakers, and a water bottle.

- Location: Meet us out on the basketball courts at Veterans Park between 18th and 19th and Ohio.

- Cost: Completely FREE.

🥊 Week 1 Done. Now We Finish Strong.
We had a solid first week of the Fundamental Boxing Camp.

I want to shout out everybody who stepped onto the floor. You came in, dumped the ego, opened your ears, and learned some stuff. We laid down the bricks: locking in the stance, holding a tight guard, and learning how to "2 step" a little. Watching the lightbulbs go off and seeing people figure it out is a big part of why I do this. It's fulfilling to see people get it.

Now, we hit Week 2. Championship rounds, if you will. We’re finishing this camp by putting all that you've learned so far together and putting real sweat into the effort in the home stretch

To my camp crew: stay disciplined, show up, and let’s end this thing right.
