Everybody welcome the newest trainer to The Summit crew, !
Bree began her fitness journey 5 years ago. Bree’s history within the fitness industry is extensive, being involved in the upstart of a functional fitness gym, aiding in athletic recovery for the elderly, instructing cycling classes, and a much more. With these experiences, Bree is able to bring a dynamic and knowledgeable boost to our squad of awesome Summit trainers.
Bree’s strengths and main focuses revolve heavily around getting people comfortable in the gym. To her, if she can get your form, technique, and confidence locked in, then she feels she can set you up with continued, long-term success in the gym.
We are extremely excited to have Bree join the team and can’t wait to see the awesome things her, The Summit, and her future clients can accomplish! 💪
