Today we’re celebrating an incredible member of the Powerhouse Gym Laurel family—Derrick!👏🔥

Since joining us when our doors first opened, Derrick has shown what consistency, determination, and hard work can accomplish. To date, he has lost an amazing 128 pounds! 💪🎉

Weight loss isn’t always a straight path. There are highs, lows, victories, and plateaus—but Derrick has continued to show up, put in the work, and refuse to give up. That kind of dedication is what true transformation is all about.
