PLATEAU BUSTER DIET - GOAL 14 LBS/14 DAYS
SUCCES TIP #1 ‐ BEING "MULTIPLE" - One of the toughest things about eating "healthy" is the timenit takes to prep and cook your food, especially when you're tired and it's much easier to pick something up...aka Time Management.
The key to being efficient with your time is being MULTIPLE. Prepare multiple dishes or side dishes at one time when you do cook. If you look at the cooking process as a business, prep and clean-up time would be considered overhead. Cooking multiple dishes at ONE time consolidates that overhead-time expenditure as opposed to duplicating it by cooking the same dishes at different times. (Most of you forgot I was a Management Consultant and Accountant for 20+ years 😀).
In a span of 10 minutes, I sautéed spinach in a pan, grilled asparagus in an Air Fryer, and steamed cauliflower in the microwave (browned it in the air fryer for 1 min). Veggies done for the day!
