A message from LaJuan's parents:

Hello Jazzercise family:

There are no words that can express my heartfelt gratitude, appreciation and love to the Jazzercise family-staff members and students and friends-for their kind words, sympathy, generosity and support for my family after the sudden death of our only child-Lajuan. So many of you stopped by to say goodbye at Lajuan's celebration of life at the "gym" last week and the love and genuine compassion shown was apparent and so appreciated. Lajuan's second love (we had to be first) was Jazzercise and you all. She loved to teach, give advice and be a friend to everyone. There is an old saying, "death is a heartache no one can heal and love is a memory no one can forget." Maybe one day, I will believe that but not today. My child was a special gift to all and a rare treasure adored by all. I want to thank everyone for being in Lajuan's life and befriending her. Again, your prayers and donations to charities in our daughter's name will resonate forever in our hearts. We will always remember your love and generosity shown to Lajuan. Right now, she is sitting above yelling to us (smiling, of course) to "keep moving, one more rep."

Love and Respect

Delois and Donald Huff
