This hands-on workshop is designed specifically for women who want to build confidence, strength, and technical mastery in foundational bodyweight movements like push-ups, pull-ups, and pistol squats. Whether you’re working toward your very first pull-up or refining advanced technique, this workshop will meet you where you are and help take your strength to the next level.

Karen is known worldwide for her ability to break down complex movements into approachable, effective progressions that work for every body and every experience level. Her coaching style is supportive, empowering, and incredibly effective — making this a rare opportunity you do not want to miss.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

• Proper technique and progressions for push-ups, pull-ups, and pistol squats
