This is what happens when you eat right and exercise. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Whoda thought?!

21 pounds down with a 4% body fat loss in 9 months!!

Very Impressive!! 👏🏽

Now that he’s almost reached his goal weight he has been able to enjoy the things in life that were limiting.

Like back issues when playing golf, or having a hard time on the stairs. Both of which have improved as he has gained mobility, strength and endurance.

Not all of us can hit the gym 5 days a week, but my rule of thumb is, make it there more often than you don’t.

Or make it work for your routine, even if it’s just 20 minutes here and there. It all adds up at the end of the week!

I love this amazing method of moving your body and challenging your whole being. Mind~body connection is a necessity in Pilates. It’s not something you master… it’s a continuous practice of challenging the comfortable.
