We specialize in safety, technique and structured 60 minute sessions for small groups. With a heavy emphasis in strength training and cardiovascular respiratory endurance, you will discover things about yourself you never thought were possible. We are striving to provide our community with a fun, informative and safe gym to improve mental and physical health.

April: Push/Pull Challenge
Athletes took on a 3-level tier challenge of:
✅ 100 Push-Ups
✅ 50 Strict Pull-Ups
With one goal…finish in 10:00 or less.

This challenge tested muscular endurance, strategy, and grit.

May: FTP Challenge
May brought a completely different test. Athletes tackled an FTP effort where we learned valuable lessons about:
⚡ Pacing
🧠 Mental Toughness
🔥 Average Calories Per Minute

This challenge wasn’t just about fitness, it was about understanding how to manage effort, stay composed when things got uncomfortable, and push beyond perceived limits.

To all who participated, thank you for showing up, embracing the challenge, and giving your best effort. Whether you won or not, every athlete walked away stronger, smarter, and more confident than before.

Today at BMH FIT, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it’s a reminder of courage, service, sacrifice, and the freedoms we are blessed to live every day.

Today we take on the Murph workout together in remembrance:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

Whether you complete it RX, scaled, partitioned, or simply show up and move with intention…today is about community, gratitude, and honoring those who gave everything.

Bring A Friend Day is coming up this Thursday for all class times!! We want to see YOU bring someone along! Whether they’re brand new to fitness or just curious about better movement, this is the perfect chance to experience the BMH FIT community together.

No pressure. No intimidation. No fees. Just good people putting in good work.

Watching this group put in the work on skills and movement drills reminds us that progress happens in the fundamentals. Better movement leads to better performance, better longevity, and safer athletes both inside and outside the gym.

We’re coming together to support longtime Casper Fire-EMS firefighter and personal friend Brian Dixon following his recent diagnosis with mantle cell lymphoma.

$10 donation for participants and spectators.
100% goes directly to Brian Dixon and his family.

Bring a partner or come solo. We’ll pair you up if needed. As always, Scalable for all fitness levels and first responders.
