My new addition.

It’s been a year and a half since my dog Chelly passed (he looks so much like him) and I’d gone back and forth about getting a new one. Yesterday I did.

I named him “Love”. He’s named after former Notre Dame RB and now Arizona Cardinal Jeremiyah Love. He’s such a sweet boy with such a calm, quiet disposition so I think the name fits. He’s 11 months old and a rescue dog.

Close grip push-ups.

Close grip with the elbows tucked to the side and driving with triceps is looked at as more of a tricep exercise but your pecs and anterior (front) shoulders are still the prime movers with the triceps contributing more than in a regular push-up or press.

About time to update some professional pics. It’s been 7 years.

Since my careers is fitness some of the pics I’ll have my shirt off.

Good thing I only do these every several years.

I kind of feel like a do**he taking pics like these but I need progress pics to make sure I’m ready although this is kind of how I stay year round.

I hate dieting. To many people’s surprise I don’t like working out. I like the results I get and how I feel but I don’t particularly enjoy doing it.

Also to some people’s surprise I don’t just live off chicken breasts and green vegetables. I watch what I eat but I like to eat what I like to eat and having a few drinks every now and then. I like to enjoy life, not suffer.
