Online Training - Worldwide service where I custom design your workout plan via my personal training app and post them to your workout calendar. Each exe
rcise comes with a video demonstration so you can feel confident in executing each workout. Membership Services - Our membership services affords you access to over 1000+ exercises in my exercise library. My Gold and Platinum options gives you additional access to over 100+ on-demand workouts. Meal Plan - Our meal plan services is a cut above. You don't just receive a meal plan you receive 7 of them. You also receive an app that provides options for exchanges in each food category. If that wasn't enough, my app auto calculates your serving amounts for you. No more stressing over boredom or what to eat. My meal plans are Registered Dietitian created and customized by me with your personal information I collect via a meal questionnaire. Supplements - I have several combination packs as well as individual supplements to provide aide along your fitness journey.
