Rachel Skye For the woman running the show who still feels like she doesn't belong in the room. This is a space to heal, expand, and own your authority unapologetically.

Narrative work + somatic movement that gets you out of your head, out of the story you inherited, and into your own authority. I help high-achieving women in their 30s to 50s, the VPs, directors and business owners who run everything and everyone, break free from the inherited stories keeping them small, disconnected and stuck in their heads. Together we get you out of performance mode and back into your body, your power and decisions that actually serve you instead of everyone else. Through a bold, trauma-informed approach, I combine narrative deconstruction with somatic movement to help you release the inner critic, reconnect with your body and trust yourself again in every room you walk into, from the boardroom to your relationships to the moments you finally say no. If you're ready to stop shrinking to keep the peace, stop performing confidence you don't feel and start actually leading from inside your own body, you're in the right place.

Being the “easy” woman can look a lot like being a good woman.👀

Until you realize how often you’re making yourself smaller just to keep everyone else comfortable.🤐

That’s not being easygoing. That’s self-abandonment.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself saying, “it’s fine” when it really fvcking isn’t.

The woman who started Studio Spin and the woman who sold it were two very different versions of me.

Building it taught me to trust myself. Selling it taught me that I could honor what I’d built and still choose something new.

That’s what confidence can look like.

Save this if you’re learning to trust yourself, too.

Sometimes the hardest part of becoming a new version of yourself isn't becoming her. It's letting the people who knew the old you see her.

I know because I've been there.

And if you're still shrinking yourself to keep other people comfortable with who you used to be, this one's for you.

💾Save it for the next time you feel yourself slipping back into an old version of you.

Because you can be damn good at creating.

Creating money.
Creating opportunities.
Creating success.
Creating a life that looks really good from the outside.

And still have a hard time actually RECEIVING it.

A compliment comes your way and you immediately brush it off.

Someone offers to help and you say, “I’ve got it.”

You get what you wanted and immediately start thinking about what could go wrong.

Someone loves on you and your body gets a little uncomfortable with it.

That’s not necessarily a mindset problem.

Sometimes your body simply isn’t used to letting good things land.

Tonight at the Fierce Woman’s Circle, we’re talking about exactly that:

WEALTH IN THE BODY.

Not just having more.

Being able to actually experience what you have without shrinking, deflecting, earning, proving or giving it away.

And we’re not just going to sit around and talk about it. We’re going to get into the body and explore what receiving actually feels like.

Tonight. 7pm. Urban Arts House.

If something in this hit you in the gut, join us.

The link to grab your spot is in my Story Highlight.

Come receive something for yourself for a change. 💋

You don’t have to become Cher. Start with the next meeting where you have something to say but worry you’ll be ‘too much.’
👉Let yourself say it anyway.

Being low maintenance ain’t a flex. It’s a trauma response that you confuse for a personality trait.

You didn’t stop needing things. You just stopped believing you were worth the ask.🙄

Send this to your bestie who’s still wearing “low maintenance” like a badge of honor. Or save it, cuz you’re gonna need the reminder again, tigress.

You say yes to everything. Call it being a team player.
You never ask for help. Call it independence.
You stay agreeable in every room. Call it being easy to work with.

Cute story….buuuut none of it’s confidence.👀

Listen, I didn’t ask my team for help for years. Not because I didn’t need it, but because I needed to look like the business owner who had it all together. Capable. Unshakeable. The one who handles it.

I learned the hard way that that’s not leadership. That’s pretending. And if you’re being honest, you’re exhausting yourself trying to keep up appearances too.

Here’s what I see going on boss babe: somewhere along the way your job title became the answer to “who am I.” So now every yes, every “I’ve got it,” every nod instead of pushback, isn’t about being good at your job. It’s about protecting the one identity you’ve got.
You’re not managing your career. You’re managing a threat to your sense of self, aaaand calling it professionalism.👎

And the part that should actually scare you? You don’t even know you’re doing it. You think this is just who you are.

It’s not who you are. It’s who you’ve been performing to keep a title that was never supposed to be doing this much work.

If that landed somewhere uncomfortable—good. That discomfort is the most honest thing you’ve felt in a meeting in months.

Comment TITLE if you’re tired of pretending and I’ll send you my free Authority Audit guide that’ll give you 5 body-based resets so you stop being a push-over in the meeting.
