It’s up and running. The Pittsburgh Pro/Am Invitational being held at The Pittsburgh Expo. This event will be a 2026 USS Nationals Qualifier and has a PRO class which the winner will qualify for 2025 USS Pro Internationals. Cash prizes for podium finishers in the PRO classes. Get those entries in!

We are so sad but also super excited to announce that Fiona has found a home. Today will be the last day here and we are sending her off to her new adventures in total princess fashion. We are so thankful to Elizabeth for opening up her home and heart to this beautiful girl.

The McMillan Training Systems family wants to give a special shout out to two ladies set to compete at the annual Arnold Sports Festival this weekend in Columbus, OH.

Lindsey Haggerty will be competing as a Middleweight in the 3-day long Arnold Amateur Strongman World Championships. She's been consistently putting in hard work, sticking to her coach's plan, and is in the best shape for the biggest show of her strongman career thus far!

Leah Falcone will also be competing in the Xtreme Powerlifting Coalition 21 Deadlift Salute on Sunday where she will shoot for a massive, all-time deadlift personal best of 500 pounds!
